1. Introduction

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

4.2 One Account Policy

5. Terms of Use

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;

• Constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and are subject to change. Cryptocurrency transactions are processed in the equivalent value at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

cv777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts using DuitNow and FPX. 6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on cv777 are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

8.1 Sports Betting

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion between players in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format;

10. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's intellectual property without the express prior written consent of cv777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cv777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• The outcome of any bet, game round, or wager placed on the Platform;
• Any technical failure, interruption, or delay in the Platform's services, including server downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Any reliance by the Player on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from a breach of account security by the Player;
• Any event of Force Majeure.

In no event shall cv777's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting cv777 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and all outstanding real-money balance returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any applicable terms. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.2 Closure by cv777

cv777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC; suspicious activity or financial crime is suspected; the Player is found to be under 21 years of age; or continued operation of the account would expose cv777 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

12.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gambling reasons may initiate a self-exclusion by contacting our support team.
